underwhelming stay , room issues
cramped room bathroom layout
the location was convenient for visiting westminster abbey.
i was quite disappointed with the room size , it felt very cramped. the bathroom layout was odd with the sink right at the entrance , it wasn't comfortable. there was also a noticeable lack of space for luggage , it.

the hotel is located a short walk from westminster. the staff was very helpful, they offered the information i needed. the room i had was adequately sized.

Top Notch Experience!
refillable stations comfortable bed helpful staff late checkout
The refillable water stations throughout the hotel are great! The bed in my room was wonderfully comfortable, it was very easy to relax. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get a late checkout at 4 PM, that was super convenient.
The walk to the nearest tube station was slightly longer than expected.

Lunch and supper offered really delicious food. The variety was great. The hotel has several dining options, all providing high-quality meals. The breakfast buffet includes both hot and cold choices.

The front desk and concierge offered excellent customer service. Staff members were very cute, friendly, and efficient. Vijay was especially helpful! Any request was handled promptly, with care.

The hotel is near many main attractions. What a treat. The bus stop is very close, just a couple minutes away. Victoria Station is also within easy reach, only about 10 minutes from the hotel.

FANTASTIC stay!
easy parking modern room
EVERYTHING was excellent. The room was super clean and very modern. I found the hotel VERY clean and the location suited me. I parked easily underneath the hotel.
I found the lighting in the bathroom a little too dim. This made applying makeup difficult. I think brighter lights would help.

The hotel boasts a SUPERB location. Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament are all within a fifteen-minute walk. The underground station is also conveniently close to the hotel. EVERYTHING is within easy reach.

The Queen Room features very modern decor. A safe, fridge, and excellent AC are all available. The shower was AMAZING. I thought the room was very clean and well-kept.

the staff at the front desk was efficient. the hotel had quick check-in, which i appreciated after a long day of travel. the room was modern and well kept. i found the location central.
the gym was a bit small, with limited equipment.

huge television efficient air useful fridge
The tv was huge, it offered many viewing options. the air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room cool. the room had its own fridge. This was very useful.
