the location was convenient for visiting westminster abbey.
i was quite disappointed with the room size , it felt very cramped. the bathroom layout was odd with the sink right at the entrance , it wasn't comfortable. there was also a noticeable lack of space for luggage , it.

the hotel is located a short walk from westminster. the staff was very helpful, they offered the information i needed. the room i had was adequately sized.
the placement of the sink in the hallway was a slight inconvenience.
The refillable water stations throughout the hotel are great! The bed in my room was wonderfully comfortable, it was very easy to relax. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get a late checkout at 4 PM, that was super convenient.
The walk to the nearest tube station was slightly longer than expected.

EVERYTHING was excellent. The room was super clean and very modern. I found the hotel VERY clean and the location suited me. I parked easily underneath the hotel.
I found the lighting in the bathroom a little too dim. This made applying makeup difficult. I think brighter lights would help.

The hotel boasts a SUPERB location. Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament are all within a fifteen-minute walk. The underground station is also conveniently close to the hotel. EVERYTHING is within easy reach.
